TRX Training
At TRX, we believe in the transformative power of movement as a vital sign. Our mission is to teach you how to move better, promote physical development and improve your overall well-being.
Our Education Courses combine science and practical application to take you on a journey of learning how to act well and teach others to do the same.
You leave with a clear understanding of the correct body positions, procedures and progression principles specific to the TRX functional training tool associated with that course.
Together we try to distill hundreds of exercises down to 7 fundamental movement (FM) patterns that are essential in life; plank, hinge, pull, squat, push, lunge and spin.
The goal is to move with good form and technique to reach our goals. Find out what it is appears to be in the correct form and it feels like in your own body at every FM. Together we break it down into a process that is easy to understand and teach.
With an understanding of how good form and technique feels in your own body, you’re now ready to learn how to teach it to your clients. Discover the TRX marking convention (NAPSMR) that helps your clients develop kinesthetic awareness and move safely and effectively.
Once you’ve mastered this notation convention, it’s time to start layering in corrective and technical instructions.
The entire educational journey is broken down into digestible and simple systems for immediate application to your training as well as your clients.
